With this step, both companies strengthen their position in the European construction sector and accelerate their shared ambition to advance digitalization and innovation in construction.
Demand for digital solutions in engineering is rising
The demand for high-quality architectural engineering and digital solutions is growing rapidly. By combining knowledge, capacity, and innovative strength, Root and CN3 can deliver larger and more complex projects, scale up more quickly, and invest in new technologies such as artificial intelligence and advanced digitalization.
Same team, advanced capabilities
For Root’s clients, most things remain familiar: the same team and quality. However, Root will become stronger through the collaboration with CN3 – especially regarding the use of digital tools such as VDC and BIM with artificial intelligence. This means more capacity, faster development, and an extra focus on digitalization and innovation. It will enable Root to respond even better to the increasing demand for smart, future-proof solutions.
Paul Bos will remain as Managing Director and co-owner of Root. Ronald van Aggelen will step down from daily management but will remain in the company as Chief Innovation Officer.
